Apple Pancakes

Ingredients:

250g flour
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
¼ litre buttermilk
1 apple

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, eggs, buttermilk, salt and vanilla until smooth and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Peel apples and cut into slices. Put oil in the pan. Pour batter into pan and place the apple pieces on it. Bake both sides until golden brown.
  3. You can also serve custard with it.
