When will I receive my Apple Wizard after I have placed my order?

Delivery is normally three working days from date of order - please note at busy times this may be extended to five working days; however we shall inform you!

Delivery is by courier - if you have special instructions please add those at the bottom of the order.

How many apples does the Apple Wizard hold?

The Apple Wizard will hold approximately 10-12 full sized apples. However, as emptying takes less than a second, it is usually easier to empty after 6-8 apples.

How long will the Apple Wizard last?

With proper care, the Apple Wizard will last many years if cared for.

Maintenance

The Apple Wizard is virtually maintenance-free. However, a little grease where the pins fit into the head keeps the head free running. The units come pre greased - however after a year it may need a little more - if you have no grease at hand, a little Vaseline works fine.

How do I store my Apple Wizard?

The Apple Wizard is best stored with the head (wire basket ) upright and the shaft on the ground - i.e. upside down from normal use.

What if one wire breaks?

These cannot be replaced; however the Apple Wizard is designed to work without a couple of wires - please snip the wire clear at both ends and continue to enjoy not having to bend.

What else will it pick up?

The Apple Wizard will easily collect tennis balls and the cider apple version is a wiz at golf balls so perfect for tidying up after that lawn putting practice.
